Overview

This is nature, culture and historical tour. At Aburi botanical gardens, tourists will learn the usefulness of the various trees in the garden and their medicinal values.

From the botanical gardens, we shall move to the inner city of Accra to visit some important place like Ghana National Museum, Makola MArket, Arts center, Ghanaian Independence Square to learn one or two history of Ghana.

Makola Market
Makola Market was constructed in Accra in 1924 and stood at the heart of the urban Ghanaian life. This market is the main wholesale and retail marketplace in Accra, the epicenter of trade in the country and one of the nation's most important social and cultural institutions.

Travelers will have opportunity to buy whatever they want in the famous Makola market and do window shopping as well.

James Town Lighthouse
We shall tour of Historic James Town—one of Accra’s most historic neighborhoods, where history resides on every corner. Best known for its lighthouses (the first of which was constructed in 1875 by the British) as a navigational aid for trading vessels sailing through the Gulf of Guinea. The original structure was ruined; however, a larger and more improved lighthouse completed in 1921 is still functioning today. James Town is also known as Ghana’s boxing incubator, the home of Africa’s most accomplished boxer, Azumah Nelson.

The Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, also known as the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Ghana is the final resting place of the first President of the republic of Ghana, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. It is dedicated to him for his relentless and dauntless campaign to liberate Ghana.

National Museum of Ghana
The National Museum of Ghana is in the Ghanaian capital, Accra. It is the largest and oldest of the six museums under the administration of the Ghana Museums and Monuments Board.

The museum building was opened on 5 March 1957 as part of Ghana's independence celebrations.

In addition to paintings, they usually contain all sorts of art, from sculptures to fabric art, some materials used in the olden days etc
